TEAM JAPAN Association is a nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting people through Japanese language, culture, and community. We create warm, inclusive spaces where people can learn, share, and build real relationships. Active in New York, New Jersey, Miami, Texas, Paris, Tokyo, and worldwide through Discord.

To promote Wa（harmony）and build sustainable global communities through language learning, cultural exchange, and shared experiences.
Vision.
We envision a world where Japanese culture becomes a bridge—connecting individuals across borders, inspiring youth, and creating a global network of friendship that lasts for decades.
Why We Exist.
Even in a highly connected digital age, many people feel isolated. We believe real happiness comes from: conversation / learning together/trust/shared cultural moments. TEAM JAPAN creates these experiences both in-person and online.
Our Story.
TEAM JAPAN began with a simple idea:
“Culture becomes stronger when shared.”
Through JAPAN Fes and J-KURU around the world, we saw how Japanese culture builds instant bonds.
We created TEAM JAPAN to support, grow, and protect these connections for the next generation.

Aforward Inc. produces JAPAN Fes across the U.S. and Europe. TEAM JAPAN collaborates as a cultural partner—supporting education, community-building, and nonprofit initiatives.
Our role is to extend the impact of Japanese culture beyond events into long-term community.
